LubbSEO terms of use
These terms govern authorised internal use of LubbSEO and its connected-provider workflows.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Authorised internal use
LubbSEO is an internal SEO operations platform for LUBB Integrated. You may use it only through an administrator-created account and only for tenants, websites and provider accounts that you are authorised to manage.
Account responsibilities
- Keep your credentials and authenticated sessions secure and do not share accounts.
- Use the tenant workspace and role assigned to you; do not attempt to access another tenant or elevate your permissions.
- Report suspected unauthorised access, credential exposure or incorrect tenant membership promptly.
Provider connections
You must have authority to connect each Google, DataForSEO or other provider account and property. Provider consent screens and provider terms continue to apply. Revoking a connection may stop collection and make related evidence unavailable or stale.
Controlled operations
Collection, crawling, paid provider requests, optimisation and publishing are governed by tenant lifecycle, capability and approval controls. A stored connection does not itself activate collection. Paid operations, automatic publishing and other restricted actions remain disabled unless separately approved through the platform’s controls.
Acceptable use
- Do not connect a property, credential or dataset without the owner’s authority.
- Do not bypass tenant isolation, spending ceilings, crawl safeguards, approval requirements or provider restrictions.
- Do not use LubbSEO to publish unlawful content, disrupt third-party services or exceed authorised provider access.
Availability and administration
LubbSEO is provided as an internal operational service and may be changed, suspended or restricted for security, maintenance, provider compliance or business reasons. Administrators may revoke sessions, suspend accounts and remove access when necessary.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated as platform capabilities and provider requirements change. Questions should be directed to the responsible LUBB Integrated administrator before using a capability whose authority or approval status is unclear.
