LubbSEO privacy notice

This notice explains how LubbSEO handles information for its internal, multi-tenant SEO management service.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Scope

LubbSEO is an internal platform operated for LUBB Integrated and businesses that it is authorised to manage. Accounts and tenant workspaces are created by authorised administrators; public registration is not offered.

Information we process

  • Account identity, tenant membership, roles, invitations and session records.
  • Website properties, markets, competitors, configuration and SEO evidence supplied or collected for an authorised tenant.
  • Provider account and property identifiers, connection health and read-only data returned by connected services.
  • Encrypted OAuth refresh credentials or API credentials needed to maintain an authorised connection. LubbSEO does not ask for or store a user’s Google password.
  • Security, audit, job and operational records needed to protect and operate the platform.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate authorised users, enforce tenant and property isolation, collect approved read-only evidence, provide SEO analysis and reporting, and monitor the security and reliability of the service.

LubbSEO does not sell personal information or Google user data, and does not use connected-provider data for advertising.

Google API data

LubbSEO requests only the Google Search Console and Google Analytics read-only scopes shown during consent. Google data is used only to provide the tenant-requested SEO service and is not transferred for advertising, credit assessment or sale.

LubbSEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access, sharing and isolation

Access is limited by tenant membership and role. Provider connections are tenant-scoped and are not shared with another tenant. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that are necessary to operate LubbSEO, or disclosed when required by law.

Retention, revocation and requests

An authorised administrator can revoke a provider connection from the portal. LubbSEO disables further use of the credential and, where supported, asks the provider to revoke it. Operational and audit records may be retained where needed for security, recovery and accountability.

Authorised users can ask their LUBB Integrated administrator to review, correct or remove account and tenant information, subject to security, audit and legal requirements.

Security and changes

LubbSEO uses encrypted credential storage, restricted runtime access, tenant-scoped authorisation and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so suspected misuse should be reported immediately to the responsible LUBB Integrated administrator.

This notice may be updated as the platform or provider requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
